# Royal Tomar

Royal Tomar is based in Delhi, currently visiting San Francisco (May 2026). He studied Computer Science and Design at IIIT Delhi. Before Spur he built CowinAlertsBot during the COVID-19 second wave, which alerted 150,000 people to vaccine slots. He co-founded Spur in 2022 with Rohan Rajpal; the company helps direct-to-consumer brands turn WhatsApp and Instagram into their highest-ROI channels, has a perfect 5.0 rating on the Shopify App Store across 100+ reviews, and is profitable without outside capital.
